ADMISSION RULES

• For admission to any class expect to Pre-Nursary and Nursary, the child has to go through an entrance test. Only passed children will be allowed to take admission. No recommendation will be entertained.

• The admissions to the classes will be given depending on the eligibility of the student and the number of vacancies.

• For Nursary the childs must have completed at least 2 half years of age for LKG 3half,for UKG 4half and so on as on April 1st of that year.

• The principal has the absolute right to admit/not to admit the child to the school and the decision of the principal shall be final and binding on the parents.

• An official Birth Certificate from the Gram panchayat/Muncipality must be produced at the time of admission. False declaration of child’s age will be a reason for disqualification even at a later period.

• Those coming on transfer date of birth as recorded in Transfer Certificate will be valid for those who are admitted on transfer.

1. The Principal 9:30a.m. to 1:30p.m.

2. Class Teacher 10:30a.m. to 11:30a.m.(only on Saturday)

3. Office hours 7:30a.m. to 1:30p.m.

• In case of emergency call in the school’s phone number. Clearly sate your name, message and the purpose for calling only in serious cases the Principal should be informed.

• Parents are welcome to give suggestions, express their views, opinions about the smooth running and development of the school to the staff or school authority.

• A sense of decorum must be maintained by parents during any discussion on sensitive issues.

• Loud tone, harse statement derogatory remarks and body disruptive behavior or action is not at all acceptable as it is beyond our school’s value system and culture.

• Parents should attend the parents-Teacher meeting held periodically to discuss about the proper development of the students. They are advised not to enter the assembly area class rooms and carteen to meet the teachers or student during class hours without the permission of the principal.

• Diary should be checked regularly and also the class works.

• Children should be sent to school regularly, punctually and neatly dressed.

• If a student is sick, parents should not send the child to school.

• The belongings of the children should always be taken care by the parents and are not allowed to bring expensive things to school.

• Parents should take their wards from the school promptly after the school in over. The school authority will not be responsible for the safe custody of the children after the school hours.

• In case of any unforeseen event such as strikes inclement, weather etc. When the school might have to declare a holiday, parents are requested to have proper information by calling at the school office.

• To get any documents from the school, parents should submit an application to the principal with full details. An amount of Rs.50/- will be charged for issuing certificates and documents.

• Parents and guardians are not allowed to see pupils or seek interviews with teacher during class hours without the prior permission of the principal.

• Parents should park their vesicles at the entrance and do not bring them near the school building.

• Parents are not allowed to bring/send tiffin, books etc. to their wards during school hours. Students should not be sent home during working hours unless prior permission is sought and granted.

• Parents are advised to consult school calenders, circulars of teachers notes before making any inquires over the phone.

• In front of the students, criticism of school teachers and authorities should be avoided by the parents.

• The school does not guarantee the success of the student’s studies unless his parents and guardians co-operate with the school authority and do their part by enforcing regularity and discipline.
