Fees Structure

School fee which includes tuition, transportation etc. has to be paid together by 15th of evey month. Rs.5 will charged per day if the parents fail to pay the fee or any due before the end of the respective month. One has to pay or before 15th of each quarter such as May, August, November and February. If one fails to pay on or before due date then he/she may deposit up to last day of the month with fine otherwise Rs. 100/- per month will be charged. Being a private institution, it does not receive any grant so fee is the one source of income. Therefore, regular payment of fees is necessary to keep up with the payment of salaries of the employees as well as other developmental process of the institution.

Instructions for the Payment of Fee:-

SCHOOL COUNTER

1) Last date for acceptance of school fee is the 15th of the month.

2) Late fee deposit fine of Rs.20/- will be charged with the fee of the month up to 25th of the month.

3) Fee will not be accepted after the 25th of the month.

4) Arrears of the fee of the last month will be accepted up to 15th of the next month with a fine of Rs. 50/- only.

5) Name of the defaulter will be struck off the school rolls in case of nonpayment of the fee for two months as per rules given above without any further intimation to the concerned.

6) Readmission may be accepted on payment of Admission Fee with the permission of the Principal, only on genuine grounds.

7) In such cases Arrears of two months will be accepted with the Readmission- fine of Rs. 200/- along with the fee of the current month up to the 15th of the month.

8) Advance fee on Quarterly, Half- yearly and Annual basis is also accepted.
